In alignment with the latest (Nov 2024) PLD Investor Presentation “Why Now” slide, I propose a brief “Why Now” for your consideration of my application to support Prologis excellence in entering and excelling in high-barrier, high-growth markets as an Investor Relations Coordinator.

• BOTTOMING PROCESS UNDERWAY - With exposure to both startup and Fortune 100 firms, private and public sector, vendor and investment networks, in-person and digital client relationship management, I draw transferrable skills to now pivot in-house to the Investor Relations function at a Real Estate investment firm. A transitionary ‘bottoming’ into an upward trajectory with enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to a long-term position in the industry.

• COMPELLING EMBEDDED UPSIDE - A perpetual learner with a curiosity to accelerate learning, I carry a strong work ethic, dedicated to overachieving, and an analytical mindset, begun in my Economics & Urban Studies and continued in my engagement with community issues.

• LONG-TERM SECULAR DRIVERS - My goal is to lead investor relations at a major, institutional real estate leader. With this priority in mind and my alignment of skills across sales, marketing, professionalism, and adaptivity, I believe the Investor Relations Coordinator role to be a foundational start.

• CAPITALIZING FUTURE GROWTH - With strong leadership at the helm and talented team members at Prologis, I’m confident in the future growth of the firm in markets and hope to contribute at articulating the value of the present and future business engagements with investors.
